Are there any hidden fees in your software?
All costs are associated with the one-time license fee charged up front and recurring monthly maintenance fees. Additionally, fees for integration with some of our affiliate partners (such as merchant accounts, dialers, credit bureau reporting, letter fullfillment, etc) may apply. If a client’s data needs cause undue burden on Simplicity servers, Simplicity will contact that client to arrange dedicated hosting prices. With our hundreds of current clients, we have not had to employ this option yet.
