Why should I choose Simplicity over the competition?
How much does the software cost?
A one-time licensing fee is required prior to gaining access to Simplicity. Then a small monthly fee is charged to cover hosting, maintenance, version updates, and customer support. Please refer to our pricing page for more information.
Can my clients upload cases via this software?
Clients have access to uploading new case information that will then be viewable by Simplicity users.
What hours do you offer tech support?
You can send an email, chat request, or submit a ticket to our customer support team at any time 24x7. Support tickets and chat requests are monitored during regular phone support hours. Phone, chat, and ticket support is offered 7 AM - 6 PM MST. If you reach our support after hours
Can you import cases in bulk into Simplicity?
Absolutely! There is an importing tool designed to assist you in bringing in large amounts of cases into the software in just a matter of minutes.
Will your software work with Apple computers?
Simplicity is independent of any operating system and will work just fine on Apple computers or PCs. Because Simplicity is web based, it will work on any current internet browser.
How often do you upgrade the software?
As Simplicity developers discover new improvement possibilities to the software they take time to develop the necessary upgrades. On average this happens once a quarter. These upgrades will not affect the cases that you have uploaded to the software, and there is nothing additional that you will need to do when these upgrades are released. Please refer to our version updates page for a complete listing of version release notes.
Can Simplicity help me keep track of new collection cases?
Simplicity Software allows you to efficiently and easily track each collection or judgment case through the legal process including complaints, judgments, garnishments, supplemental exams, payments, status, notes, and motions. Not enough? Simplicity also tracks the timeliness and performance of cases assigned to process servers and notifies you of collection cases where another attorney if representing the debtor. With an easy-to-use data entry interface, managed reporting capability, and the ability to change and modify important data fields as needed, Simplicity allows you to take control of your business.

What browsers are supported by the software?
Current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are all supported by Simplicity.
Is the software cloud based?
Simplicity is cloud based. It is completely hosted on secure servers and backed up daily. This makes Simplicity compatible on all operating systems and across multiple platforms.
What is the debtor payment interface?
The debtor payment interface is a way for you to allow your debtors the ability to easily log in and pay their debts online. Debtors are restricted to seeing only their own accounts.
What is the client interface?
The online client interface is a way for our clients to allow their clients the ability to view the status of cases that that have been referred to them. Clients are restricted to viewing and running reports only on cases that they have referred to you. Additionally, clients can enter new cases directly through the online client interface.
What kind of tech support do you offer?

Beyond our published documentation, customers can get support for any problem they are experiencing by calling our 800 number, emailing our support desk, or submitting a trouble ticket via the application. How secure is my data with you?
We host your data on a premier server with exceptional security. Our servers are audited on an annual basis to ensure they maintain their SSAE16 security standing. Additionally, all data with the application is transmitted via HTTPS (SSL) to ensure that as data is passed between your location and our servers, the data is encrypted and secure. Your data is also backed up and monitored daily to cut down on the possibility of data loss.
Who hosts our data?
Amazon AWS handles the hosting of our Simplicity data. Amazon is a premier data hosting company and specializes in data security. Their reliability, adherence to security standards, and responsiveness have been unmatched.
What if I want to move to another software package?
Simplicity’s case file exporter tool allows you to export your data at anytime for import into another system or use by credit bureaus or skip tracers. We don’t hold your data hostage and never will. Our agreements are simply month to month so no long term commitment is required.
Can Simplicity help me organize my existing collection cases?
Yes, that is why we are here. We make organizing your current cases SIMPLE! Simplicity enables a user to search debtors by name, case number, or court number. Additional debtor information can also be found on the various reports available through the Simplicity Reporting Interface. Complaints to File, Default Judgments Sent to Court, Satisfactions to Serve, Supplemental Exams to Schedule, Garnishments sent but no payment received, and Supplemental Fees to File are just a few of the reports that enable you to organize your collection cases and your business.
Does Simplicity require expensive hardware or computer equipment to run?
Simplicity is a secure internet hosted application. This means that data is accessed through secure channels over the internet. Your data is safe and secure and there is no need for you to set up complex databases or manage application installations and upgrades, simply point your existing browser to our site and you are in business.
Will Simplicity work for my judgment recovery business?
